I love seeing my clients achieve more than they ever thought possible because I know how good that feels. I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in 2019 specifically to help others experience the joys of strength training. Personally, I've always been drawn to movement and exercise. I ran competitively in high school and college, then completed four marathons after graduating. I was no stranger to cardio. Things really took off when I learned about strength training in my twenties. These before and after photos show a six-year transformation. Today I have more energy, fewer aches and pains, and I can squat and deadlift more than twice my bodyweight.
